The Jet Center is proud to offer catering fresh from our on-site, full production kitchen. The kitchen is operated by Primo's Catering, an affiliate of Air Chef. Primo's has been serving the Tampa Bay area (and other Florida locations) with corporate aircraft catering for over 13 years. Primo's menu offers a broad range of entries from light breakfasts to full course dinners and everything in between. Their on-site chef will prepare your favorite recipe, upon request. Having the kitchen on-site is important, as it allows us to control the product quality and delivery. Plus, we can easily react to "short notice" orders.
Primo's offers attractive and functional packaging designed to insure your food is fresh so your flight experience will be exceptional. Primo's desires to be your complete provider of aircraft provisions. Do not be afraid to ask for the unusual. No request is too difficult, or too small.
